Seeking out geeky phenomena, wherever it may hide.
Now that is going to be going through my head all day.I find quarks fascinating. I grew up in a time when electrons, protons and neutrons were the "smallest things ever" in school, but in the science books I was reading on my own were talking about quarks. I always felt I knew more than my chemistry teacher. Turned out he knew all about them too but the books he was using did not.
Haven't played the song yet, but one hears about them a lot these days. JO ON FOOD, MY TRAVELS AND A SCENT OF CHOCOLATE
I found you courtesy of Arlee Bird's blog. You might be my new favorite A to Z'er, because I love astronomy.Lyre @ Lyre's Musings #atozchallenge
I hated science in school(sorry) but I have recently got into reading about quantum physics and I'm hooked. I loved this song, so good, this should be the stuff in classrooms not the boring monotone dribble they tried to teach when I was at school, puts you right off. Very Impressed and following:)I want to learn more, thanks. #atozchallengemaggie at expat brazil
Quite amusing! I hadn't seen any of his videos before!
Amusing WHILE informative. And that's even better.
You've chosen an interesting topic, I must say. I have a special appreciation for your use of video, humor and music to explain what a quark is.~Nicole2013 A to Z Co-Hostwww.madlabpost.com
At first I thought "Man this is going to be really boring or totally uninformative." Turns out I was wrong. It was really cool!
